Membership
ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP
A member must be a born-again Christian, who is a founder/leader of a Ministry or an Associate Pastor.Meetings are however opened to church workers/Leaders; but as the name implies, membership is restricted to senior pastors and associate pastors.
ii. New applicants, wishing to be members must first fill the membership form; and serve on probation for three (3) months, prior to their confirmation as Bonafide members.
iv. An applicant, who is a senior pastor, would need to have his form endorsed by a senior member of the Association, whilst an applicant who is an associate
v. An applicant must be a man with one wife
vi. The dress code for our monthly meetings, seminars and
conferences is formal.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF A MEMBER
It is said that “the price of greatness is responsibility. Members must therefore show themselves responsible by observing the under mentioned:
i. Must regularly attend meetings, seminars, conferences.
ii. Must honor their monthly dues and other commitments regularly.
iii. Must abide by the tenets of the Association as also reflected in 1Timothy 3:1-4
iv. A member who wishes to invite the Association to partake or support him or her in any function or program should officially apply to or inform the Association not less than one month before the
event.
OBLIGATIONS OF ICA TO MEMBERS
i. ICA is obligated members of good standing in the event of social activities, such as child birth, marriages and funerals: The Association is obligated to a member in the event that they lose their life or that of dear ones such as a spouse, a child, a mother or father. In the event of a funeral that concerns the ones indicated
above, the Association would make a donation of not less than Gh400.00 and not more than Gh800.00, depending on the commitment of the member.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR ORDINATION AND CONSECRATION
The applicant, if he is a senior pastor, must have been a member in good standing for not less than six months. As indicated earlier, his application must be endorsed by a senior officer of the Association
ii. An associate pastor must be a member in good standing for six months, and as stated earlier, his application must be endorsed by his senior pastor, with an accompanying letter of consent.
iii. Ashort course is always organized for the applicants prior to the ordination service.
iv. Applicants must note that certain charges and conditions apply as far as the ordination and licensing are concerned.
